Thank you for using Sentinel AI. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be granted for subscriptions and services purchased through Sentinel AI. By purchasing a subscription or paid service, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Policy

Sentinel AI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides AI-powered monitoring, automation, infrastructure management, and related cloud services. Because our services incur immediate infrastructure, compute, and operational costs upon activation, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered only if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • the request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase;
  • the account has not exceeded reasonable usage limits;
  • the platform has not been substantially used in production environments;
  • no abuse, fraud, or policy violations are detected.

Refunds are evaluated individually and are not guaranteed.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally NOT be granted in the following cases:

  • substantial use of the platform or services;
  • high compute, API, automation, or infrastructure consumption;
  • deployment in production environments;
  • completed automated tasks, scans, remediations, or monitoring operations;
  • change of mind after significant usage;
  • failure to cancel a subscription before renewal;
  • partial use of a billing period;
  • unused time remaining in a subscription;
  • account suspension caused by Terms of Service violations;
  • abuse of trials, promotions, discounts, or refund requests;
  • repeated subscription cancellations and re-subscriptions.

4. Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. By maintaining an active subscription, you authorize recurring billing according to your selected plan.

Refunds for renewal payments are generally not provided unless required by applicable law. Users are responsible for canceling subscriptions before renewal.

5. Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions may qualify for partial or full refunds only if:

  • the request is submitted within 14 days of purchase; and
  • account usage remains minimal.

If substantial usage has occurred, Sentinel AI may deny the refund request or issue only a partial refund at its discretion.

6. Technical Issues

If you experience a verified technical issue that prevents the core functionality of the platform from operating as intended, we may:

  • provide troubleshooting assistance;
  • offer service credits;
  • extend subscription access;
  • or issue a partial or full refund where appropriate.

7. Abuse Prevention

To protect the platform and its users, Sentinel AI reserves the right to deny refunds in cases involving:

  • excessive or abnormal resource consumption;
  • fraudulent activity;
  • chargeback threats or abuse;
  • attempts to use the service temporarily and then request reimbursement;
  • multiple refund requests across accounts;
  • any behavior intended to circumvent fair use policies.

8. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in:

  • immediate account suspension;
  • termination of services;
  • restriction from future purchases.

We encourage users to contact support before escalating payment disputes.

9. Service Credits

In some situations, Sentinel AI may provide account credits, subscription extensions, or alternative compensation instead of monetary refunds. Such credits are non-transferable and have no cash value unless required by law.
